Beautification Awards
Each year KRCB welcomes nominations for the Beautification Awards presented at the Mayor’s State of the City Address. All nominations are judged the first week of December and judges look at: architectural design, landscaping, building improvements, general maintenance, screening of utilities, historical preservation and parking lot beautification. Awards are presented to buildings and facilities within the City of Riverside that capture these elements in the following categories:

  • Small Business Curb Appeal
  • Property Maintenance
  • Exterior Remodel/Reconstruction
  • New Construction
  • Sustainable Design & Innovation
  • Historic & Cultural Preservation
  • Chairman’s Award
  • Mayor’s Award
  • Award of Distinction

2027 Beautification Awards

Applications are now open for the 2027 Keep Riverside Clean & Beautiful Beautification Awards.

Apply or nominate another organization now via the online application.

All buildings/properties must be in the City of Riverside, non-residential, and have construction finished by Friday, November 6, 2026 to be eligible for nomaination!

All submissions must be received by Friday, November 13.
